May in April and April in May

The world's weather is crazy.  It is May 11th and it is 43 degrees outside....the same as in Minneapolis.  Both Paris and Minneapolis enjoyed beautiful Aprils with weather in the 70s.  But it seems the Parisians just don't get that it is warm outside and stick to their leggings even in the summer-like weather one April day...

We spent a beautiful Saturday afternoon on the Champs de Mars near the Eiffel, which was packed with mostly young people, sitting in groups and enjoying the sun.....in their long jeans.  They sat peacefully sipping wine (oh no!), eating baguette sandwiches, chatting, and just enjoying being with friends....

Where are you Ava, Katelyn, Anna, Amanda, Emmett, Tyson and Jude????  We miss you!
